Zukisa Capital makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Chatbot provides information for informational purposes only and may generate inaccurate responses. You must independently verify any information provided. Zukisa Capital is not liable for decisions or losses arising from reliance on Chatbot output.
Zukisa Capital is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, Service, or Content, including direct, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site. Liability shall not exceed the value of fees paid in the first 12 months of the relevant service contract.

By using the Site, you agree to Zukisa Capital's Privacy Policy, available at www.Zukisa360asset.co.za. Zukisa Capital or its affiliates may contact you about service changes or new offerings.
Any information shared with the Chatbot ("User Input") will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use User Input to train AI models. User Input is used only for providing responses, debugging, and legal compliance.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not compromise Site security, interfere with others' access, modify Content, or attempt to access restricted Content. You must not infringe on third-party rights.
Zukisa Capital does not accept unsolicited ideas. If you submit ideas despite this request, they become Zukisa Capital's property without compensation, and we have no obligation to keep them confidential or return them. We do welcome feedback on our existing businesses.
If you register on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. No waiver of any breach shall waive subsequent breaches.
Zukisa Capital may correct errors or inaccuracies in Content at any time without notice but does not guarantee corrections.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
